Background

Imperial College Union is the student-led organisation representing students at Imperial College London. Founded in 1907, it brings together student representation, advice, clubs, societies and social life: a community that supports students as well as giving them places to belong.

The challenge

The ambition was to make Union communications feel personal and distinctive across the breadth of student life. The voice needed to welcome people into shared experiences while making practical information and support clear and accessible.
