My role
Strategy Director

A brand research delivery for CPRE's centenary, covering positioning, mission, audience segmentation, tone of voice and a first visual identity direction, written so 42 local groups could say the same thing without losing their own voice.

The challenge

CPRE reaches 100 in 2026. The goal was a brand platform that carried the anniversary into the future - one voice across 42 local groups, expertise made accessible enough to widen membership, and a heritage of evidence-led campaigning that could sit alongside a forward-looking ambition. An evolution of the brand, rather than a revolution.
